User Uploaded Media: Video files (MP4, MOV, ProRes, WebM), audio tracks (WAV, MP3, AAC), and natural language editing prompts submitted to our platform.
Facial Landmark & Gaze Tracking: When you activate our AI Eye Contact or AI Face Polish features, our computer vision models analyze ephemeral 3D facial landmark coordinates and pupil vectors. We do NOT perform facial recognition, construct biometric identity templates, or sell/share facial data. All landmark coordinates are volatile in-memory computations that are permanently discarded immediately upon rendering completion.
Zero AI Training on Private Assets: We do NOT use your private raw footage, audio recordings, project files, or personal likeness to train public foundational AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

By accessing or using the Captrac website, software, or API provided by 1612310 B.C. LTD., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Captrac on behalf of an enterprise or agency, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. 100% Creator Ownership of Content
You Own Your Videos: You retain 100% of all right, title, copyright, and intellectual property ownership in your original source footage and all edited videos produced through Captrac. Captrac claims zero ownership, licensing royalties, or commercial claims over your creative output.
You grant Captrac only the limited, non-exclusive license strictly required to process, encode, edit, and export your video clips in accordance with your explicit instructions.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Captrac to:
Generate non-consensual sexual deepfakes, deceptive impersonations of public or private figures, or illegal defamatory media;
Upload materials that infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, or third-party copyright;
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or overload our cloud rendering infrastructure;
Circumvent account transcription minute quotas or security boundaries.
Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement where required.
4. Subscriptions, Transcription Quotas & Refunds
Captrac is offered via paid subscription tiers: Starter ($24/mo for 120 mins), Pro ($58/mo for 450 mins), and Agency ($97/mo for 1,200 mins). Unused monthly transcription minutes do not roll over to subsequent billing intervals. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. 2. Subscription Renewals & Cancellation Terms
Captrac is a subscription-based service billed in advance on either a monthly or annual cycle:

Access Until Cycle End: Cancellation immediately halts future recurring billing. Your account remains active with full access to all features, exported videos, and transcription minutes until the end of your prepaid billing period.
Recurring Payments: Regular recurring monthly renewals after the initial 14-day window are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, except in documented cases of fraudulent activity or duplicate billing errors.
3. Annual Subscriptions & Tier Upgrades
Annual plans provide a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing:
14-Day Guarantee on Annual Plans: The 14-day money-back guarantee also applies to the first year of an annual plan under the same fair usage condition (less than 25% of one month's compute utilized).
